We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn Birkenstocks in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS or FedEx drop-off location and keep your receipt to track your refund status.
